Membership updates from 1st July

 An Our Space Brisbane Membership gives members access to a community pottery studio with various perks, such as use of studio equipment, discounted firing services, and priority bookings for pottery sessions. Membership levels may range from limited access to full 24-hour availability, catering to both hobbyists and serious ceramic artists. 

 Our Space Brisbane welcomes all experience levels! Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced potter, there’s a membership option that suits your needs. 

To join, we require that you have completed at least one class with us or have prior experience from classes elsewhere. 

If you're new to pottery, we offer workshops and courses to help you get started, while more advanced members can take advantage of full studio access to work on independent projects. 

 This depends on your membership level:

• Silver Members can book 2 and 4-hour sessions during studio hours for a small fee.
• Platinum Members have 24/7 access to the studio.

 We provide all necessary tools in the studio. You’re welcome to bring your own, and clay is available for purchase at a discounted rate for members. 

Firing services are not included but are available at a discounted rate for members.

 We do have particular T&C's concerning membership:

• Memberships can be paused for up to 8 weeks, with at least 2 weeks’ notice required.
• To cancel, we also require 2 weeks’ notice.
• We do not offer refunds for unused time.

 To get a membership at Our Space Brisbane, first ensure you’ve completed at least one class with us or have prior pottery experience from other classes. 

After signing up, you’ll need to complete an induction. Once you’ve signed up, please reply to our confirmation email and book a time for your induction. 

You can sign up online through our website https://ourspacebrisbane.au/memberships or visit the studio during café hours to sign up in person. After selecting your membership, you’ll also need to review and sign our membership agreement, which includes studio rules and safety guidelines. 

Once your induction is complete and your membership is activated, you can start booking sessions or using the studio based on your membership level! 

 At Our Space Brisbane, members are provided with limited storage space for their clay and works in progress. 

Gold and Platinum members are given designated storage space within the studio for their pieces. However, Silver members are required to store their clay and works off-site. 

Please be mindful of the space limitations and follow studio guidelines for proper storage. If you're unsure where to store your items or need assistance, feel free to ask a staff member
